Products

Celestial Aromatherapy offers handcrafted vegan self-care, bath, body, baby, aromatherapy, and home-fragrance products. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, appearance, fragrance, shape, or texture may occur. These variations are a natural part of purchasing handcrafted products and do not affect their intended use.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue products, scents, sizes, packaging, pricing, or availability without notice.

Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, pricing, and other information. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, or the handcrafted nature of the product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, directions, and warnings before use.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please carefully review the ingredient information provided for each product before purchasing or using it. Individual sensitivities and allergic reactions can vary.

If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend reviewing the complete ingredient list and performing an appropriate patch test before regular use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Orders & Payment

Payment is required at the time an order is placed. Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

Celestial Aromatherapy reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or product availability.

Will Call / Local Pickup

If you select Will Call at checkout, please email us after placing your order and let us know where you would like to pick up your products. We will contact you to confirm the pickup location and arrangements.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Celestial Aromatherapy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Damaged Items

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted and all sales are final.

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact Celestial Aromatherapy within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order information, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Do not discard damaged products or packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Product Use

Products should be used only as directed. Celestial Aromatherapy is not responsible for problems resulting from improper use, failure to follow product instructions or warnings, or use of a product despite a known allergy or sensitivity.

Keep products away from children and pets when appropriate and follow all safety instructions included with the product.

Intellectual Property

The Celestial Aromatherapy name, branding, product names, photographs, graphics, written content, labels, and other original materials appearing on our website are owned by or used with permission by Celestial Aromatherapy.

They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to information or systems associated with the website.

Limitation of Liability
