6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of bath and body products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The product arrives damaged, or
• The incorrect item was received.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

7. Custom & Seasonal Items

Custom orders, limited editions, seasonal items, and special promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
